Hedychium flavescens

A tall ginger lily from the Himalayan area. Grows to around 1 meter with large banana like foliage. The cream yellow flowers are very exotic and are fragrant with tropical scents. A hardy Ginger, but a good mulch in winter in colder areas in the uk always advisable.
