Echium wildpretii - The Tower of Jewels - is a rare beauty and a truly spectacular Echium from the Canary Islands. Echium wildpretii is capable of producing a 6ft flower spike of pink flowers from a basal rosette of narrow hairy leaves.
Skin irritant. They have lots of itchy hairs which may irritate some skin, so wearing gloves when handling is advisable.
