This is a new tree fern to me, another rare and not often offered!
More compact than standard Cyathea tree ferns, typically reaching around 1–1.5 meters in height over many years. This makes it suitable for smaller gardens or pots.
Long, arching fronds with a graceful form. New fronds (croziers) emerge with a reddish tint, giving the plant its name.
