These are very tall plants, nearly a metre tall, see photo above
Cussonia spicata is a magnificent member of the Araliaceae family and a South African native known as ‘The Spike Cabbage Tree’. The foliage ia an extraordinnary shape – almost like snowflakes in deep green.
Maybe grown outside year round in mild sheltered coastal gardens but best grown in containers to be easily overwintered inside.
